You are responsible for providing accurate design details (logos, colors, text, etc.). Business Coral GmbH is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Returns and Complaints
Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customized or branded products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
Any claims for defects or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund defective items after proper inspection.
