At Business Coral GmbH, we are committed to providing high-quality uniforms and workwear tailored to your professional needs. This policy explains our delivery process, return options, and exchange terms to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience.


1. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver our products across Germany and, upon request, to other EU countries.

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product type:

    • Standard products: Usually delivered within 5–10 working days.

    • Customized or branded uniforms: Delivery may take 2–4 weeks, depending on design approval and production schedules.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • In case of unexpected delays (e.g., material shortages, logistics disruptions, or force majeure), we will notify you promptly.


2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the following return conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Only non-customized, standard products can be returned.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized, embroidered, or branded uniforms (with logos, names, or special color schemes).

  • Products made according to customer specifications or measurements.

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage.

📦 Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@businesscoral.de with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packed before shipping it back.

  4. After inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for standard products only.

  • For sizing or product exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will send the replacement product (delivery charges may apply).

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically for your order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@businesscoral.de with photos and order details.
We will inspect the issue and arrange for:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund if replacement is not possible.

All costs related to defective or incorrect deliveries will be covered by Business Coral GmbH.
